    Ability to leverage a powerful network for introductions to customers, partners, investors, employees, advisers, acquirers, etc. via:

    • A large investment team: 45+ investors in SF, NYC, & Hong Kong
    • VU's continuously growing alumni investor network working at other VC/PE funds, accelerators, and family offices
    • VU's LP investors that are part of VU's Investor Syndicate

    Follow-on Rounds: VU may participate in multiple follow-on rounds and lead future follow-on rounds. 2/3rd of Fund II is reserved for follow-on capital, investing up to $10M per company.
